Well, I have 3 CD's of system of a down to copy for myself. The thing I found tho is that there are some scratches. It cuts off some parts in the music when you hear it. So my question is if I copythis CD on to another CD with no scratches will it have the same problems as in the original (the music has some pops and stoff in it. Or will the copy of the CD not have those anoying pops and stoff in it?

The main CD sometimes stopes couse its so damaged will thecopy do that? I think this is becouse the reader needs some time to read the music becouse its so damaged. But the copy CD wont be damaged just recorded.

when you put in the cd and hear a sound thats what it sounds like..thats what a comp will do..it listens and copys it..the cd changed the tracks itself.

A recording is a recording is a recording..it will sound the same...OK?

Firstly: piracy (on this forum at least) is like masturbation. Everyone does it, but you're not supposed to talk about it. Because copying your friends' CDs is wrong! Wrong! Wrong!

But let's say you're, ahem, copying your own CDs... well, that's an entirely different kettle of fish. So in case you're having the same scratching problem with your own CDs (and that's fine to ask about!), here's my method.

1. Clean the disc. I use eyeglass cleaner but soapy water will do. Always wipe from the center to the edge.
2. If you have scratch-filling stuff (or can borrow it from a friend), use it. If you can't get your hands on any, that's fine.
3. Use EAC to rip an image of the CD. Why EAC and not whatever you usually use? Because it reads and re-reads every section of the disc, double-checking for errors. Most rippers pass through once and go "lol it werked." It may take longer for very scratched discs, but unless the scratches are truly horrendous you will get a perfect copy.
4. You should now be left with an image of the disc (a .wav file, containing the actual audio, and a .cue file, with CD-TEXT info, track indices, etc). Try burning it with EAC first. If you have problems, use your usual burning program (I know Nero can handle .cue files; Roxio should be able to as well).
Those who will remember, will speak fondly of the warm morning breeze.

If you would read the "registration" page on the site, you would find that in lieu of paying a registration fee, you're supposed to mail him a postcard bluetongue.gif
