I'm not so sure that we could get sued for a free website...but the closing down is completely possible. We had attempted to ban Bballmastr to prevent him from spamming the forums up with "Plagerizer," which he had been doing. Though somewhat true, it just doesn't seem like to proper way to "warn" us.

The members of SeeD have a say in some of this matter as well, as they are unhappy that some of their posts were used. Cspace may be the decider if we can keep anything, but the members will have their right to post their complaints.

No, I didn't spam the site saying plagiarizer. I went to every post you plagiarized and made a note of it so you would remove it. If in fact you are plagiarizing again on your new site, I will take action again. Wouldn't it suck to be IP banned from ALL Invision forums? Think before you act again.

It is very easy to block the root IP so proxies are rendered useless.

It would really suck if, oh say, I called your school district and explained what is going on. I know all of your names, first and last, so it wouldn't be hard to have them handle this situation.

For clarification, I got their names because they each gave them to me, not because I was "stalking". A couple of the names came from these forums through their casual conversations. One person's first name and last initial were given to me and I got their full last name in their honor roll, courtesy of the newspaper.
