need help with runescape good training spots

ok i'm a level 22 with 31 ranger i need a good non members spot to train at or for someone to help me train. yes i'm a newb ii had a way better account that got hacked and i went down then toliet with runescape Flush.gif
he was a member and i only went to members places.
i know the whole map basically by heart including the members map but i'm not good at finding good trainng spots to get higher in range

p.s and i need a way to make gp so i can get arrows and ranging gear lol

so if enyone has enything in mind plz reply lol

ill make arrows for you and some bows if you get feathers and wood pm if you want to talk just remind me who you are and on rs im the man 1167 deal.gif

kk i have feathers wood and bars on my alt that used to be my sis

if you have time to make them for me send me a tell on rs or post here
if no reply i might contact you on rs sometime lol
