Okay, just putting it out there. When a topic is resolved, it does not neccessarily mean it needs to be closed. We've been getting a lot of this, and I thought I might just tell you.

It would really suck if, oh say, I called your school district and explained what is going on. I know all of your names, first and last, so it wouldn't be hard to have them handle this situation.

For clarification, I got their names because they each gave them to me, not because I was "stalking". A couple of the names came from these forums through their casual conversations. One person's first name and last initial were given to me and I got their full last name in their honor roll, courtesy of the newspaper.

Next time Dr. King that you want to copy another site that has been around for years and you try to make a cheap rip off you should try to think twice. Also some people are very gung ho and willing to sue the crap out of you for plagiarizing their work if you steal their work and label it as your own, without giving your credit where credit is due. Your lucky that cspace didnt try to sue you. Also stop trying to be some god fearing man of the people. For crying outloud, come on, you say your "fasting" from Curvedspace & seed. That has to be the most unoriginal idea I have ever heards. Instead of fasting, try to imitate someone else and take a look at yourself and see if your not the one that is being something he is not.

Icarus even if you try to make another Invision Forum zone, we will find the site sooner or later. It's bound to happen. And then we'll keep shutting it down. If you keep copying and stealing other people's ideas your either going to be labeled as a fraud, liar, or both. Stop trying to plagiarize and come up with your own ideas, instead of imitating this site.

As far as you making other InvisionFree's Icarus, there is a search directory for a reason. All we have to do is manually search through all the different boards. (It would take a while, but if we got a lot of people, we would find you, and we would have it shut down.)

Plus, InvisionFree can ban your IP and the IP or anyone else that tries to help you plagurise. There are a lot of people out there that blow things out of proportion and might try and sue you. For instance, if you intentionally take the skin from another board and claim that you made it, people will get extremely pissed off at you and who knows what they might do?

You really need to be careful when it comes to matters like this -- if you're not, you might get yourself into a lot of trouble.

And as far as someone threatening bballmastr... was that you, Icarus? If you make any death threats to anyone, you will first be banned from the board and then maybe be in trouble with the authorities for attempting to hurt someone else. And if the police won't do anything, like bballmastr said, we can call your school district and get you in trouble with your teachers who will then tell your parents.

In conclusion: Death threats and plagurism are not cool; DO NOT participate in them or you will find yourself in a lot of trouble that you do not wan't to be in.

By the way, I have been in contact with InvisionFree about shutting down Icarus Zone and about making sure that he does not create another crappy forum and plagurise anyone else. The last time I checked, plagurism was a serious ofense.

Although this whole issue is none of my business, and I should probably keep my dumb trap shut, I thought I should make sure this site and cspace get the credit that they deserve. After all, cspace put almost 4 years into this site and I GUARANTEE you, Icarus spent no more than 10 minutes creating his forum.
