I talked with Dr. King and convinced him not to leave. He told me that Icarus was probably just trying to show off by saying that he would make other InvisionFree forums and continue to copy our things. I suppose the fued is over... at this point, there is no need to try and shut down their board because they are trying to improve.

I think the only time we will need to action against Icarus and his abilites to make InvisionFree forums is if we are positive that he is continuing to break rules. The fued is over. Everyone please welcome back Dr. King and Icarus.

As far as I'm concerned the feud isn't over. I've yet to see where you corrected your actions. You are still using our member icons and you haven't given credit to the member's who wrote the majority of your posts. Agreed. You did try a weak attempt at giving credit to where it is due, but you've deleted it as Base stated. Now you're back to where you were. I wouldn't call this an end at all.

Well, it is definately an improvement from where we were two days ago. And atleast, I convinced two members that would have otherwised never come back to return here -- atleast for now. :-\

I will personally make sure that they abide by our plagurism rules in the future. Or atleast do as much as they can. I will try and make sure that they comply with the rules we have set out as closely as they will follow them. I registered an account there, so I can occasioanlly keep tabs on what is up over there and wether or not they are making improvements or are leaning back to being plagurizers.

Giving 'credit' wasn't the argument, the point was that you plagiarized and took Cspacezone's forums as your own. Get rid of them.

I think they have improved a little bit: They have tiven some credit to posts which they took and previously did not give credit to, they gave credit to cspace for making member titles, they advertised CurvedSpace/SeeD, and they want this confrontation to be over. I think they really do not want to have their board deleted by InvisionFree and then IP banned.

They are lucky that cspace didn't just sue them... they are realyl trying to improve so that cspace doesn't do just that. And so that people will stop being pissed at them.

[UPDATE] I have been given access to all of the password-protected forums at Icarus Zone so I can now view every post to try and limit the plagurizing.

Oh and by the way, it seems that it was mostly Icarus that was doing most of the plagurizing. It appears that Dr. King is an okay guy, and is trying to correct this whole problem. He is being very helpful and is letting keep tabs on everything over there.

Don't worry about it... although it is possible that InvisionFree IP banned the two admins of the board has been plagurizing -- with all of the complaints they have been getting, I wouldn't doubt it.

Err... actually, I do get it. All the person, probably Icarus as a joke, did was ban him and another admin. And changed around some of the ranks. That is hardly 'ruining' you forum.
