uffm council? do we got 1 or shud we make 1?

ya do we got a uffm council? cuz if we dont we shud make 1. it would help out alot and keep all the clans in the uffm informed on wat the hell is happening. for example, my clan (ursr) is havin a bit of problems of comunication wit other clans. so if 1 of r allies r havin a war er somtin id b able 2 help out abit.
