My guess is you can only buy them if you do the quests, but also, I think they should be on the market by now. I'll bet they sell for 50k+, considering how new they are.

eh Ryl, Could you get the prices of the dragon items and the white cape (I think they are in the Legends Guild).

If they are somewhere in the ballpark of 2 mil, Would you pick some up for me if I pay you?
