Welcome to Seed, if your interested in making friend on runescape, you should go to the runescape seed faction or go to one of the gardens that deal mainly with runescape. A garden I would suggest if your really into runescape is the UFF Winhill Garden. Try posting in there saying you would like to join and interested in making friends.
