It's been talked about before several times, and we've always decided to leave things as their are. Sure, not all (or even most) of the registered members are active, but it doesn't hurt to leave them there. Plus, there's always the chance of someone signing up one day, forgetting about the site for a while, then coming back realizing their still registered here and start posting.

ok they can stay but wat about accounts such as some people in the winhill gardenhave heaps of accounts on here for no reason and even more people post here like once just to spam or adveritse and did that like 1-2 years ago?

Usually people that join just to spam or advertise something end up getting suspended/banned, no real need to delete their accounts. If someone actually poses a serious threat to the forums, then Cspace usually IP bans them.

As for alternate accounts, I dunno, mainly it's advised you stick to one account (unless you're unable to for some reason). There's no real harm really with having alternate accounts, unless you switch between them which would confuse people. I haven't really seen any of that though, and if it did occur I'm sure something could be worked out. All in all, all accounts are left in the list for safe-keeping, or even reference (so we know who's been banned/suspended, or to distinguish identities).
