Allow me to call BS on that.
Tomorrow, I'll have spent one year with my girlfriend as of now. Some of the best times of my life has been with her. So if you're one to go after a girl just to get lucky, shame on ye.
Relationships (When not abused) are amazing. So Mr. Mobster, my advice to you is:
Give it time. With girl #1, you've stated you're not attracted. Ok then, don't go for her.
#2, You've stated she has an "Over-protective" boyfriend. If you're starting to come onto her, he has every right to be over protective. Even more so if she likes you back. But consider this for a moment, my friend.
If she is willing to break up with her current boyfriend to go out with you, what makes you think she won't do the same exact thing to you? Find someone else and bam. Drop you like a hot potato.
My best advice I can give on the situation, it's a no win area. Stick with being friends for now, and don't ever go after a girl that has a boyfriend. You'll wind up with loads of enemies and a broken heart. I promise you. Seen it happen 1 too many times.
Also. How old are you, and how old are they? Just to get a better grasp on the scenario.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

Yeah thanks mike. I'm not cming on to her, it's actually her best friend that says her BF is over protective.
I don't know if she likes me...its a definite gray area..and i'm not gonna pursue her or nothing..but I just wanted another point of view.
i'm 13 and their both 14..but (pats own back) most people say i'm very mature..one of the girls Grandma thought I was 17...lol...
Yeah, i'm gonna be friends with her...I just have so many twisted screwed feelings..but I guess being friends is better then not..

Ahh, Females.
...
Yeah, I have problems with 'em, too. My best advice would be to go where your feelings guide you. Yeah, that sounded really cheesey, but it's the truth.

C'mon, this isn't helping.
I'd suggest that you form some kind of devious plot to completely destroy their relationship and then step in, but that's kinda immoral.
But, y'know, like I said, if that's what you feel like you have to do...
