Right. The silver sword is silverlight (confirmed) they are mith seeds (confirmed) and the key is the Dusty Key. Also, there is machette available somewhere...

One more thing: there have been rumors of imps, lvl 7 goblins, and 54 skeletons dropping the other half of a dragon sheild (Nothing confirmed)

Yeah, Hyperfried is right. Also I saw 30 in stock at that Two Bai Wannai (SP????) village place. Might be someone selling, or it could be a place to buy them.
You need them to cut your way into the jungle.
