Character Slots Offered 20 April 2006
We are happy to announce that you will be able purchase additional character slots for your Guild Wars account beginning this summer for $9.99 U.S. (or equivalent). Each new slot will enable you to add a new character to your account with full access to all of the content your current characters enjoy. We'll have more details to share soon!

I'm all in favor of it! I think ANet is trying to catch up with WoW (which offers 50 character slots). Now I can have all the builds I want (and have the funds for) bluetongue.gif .

Seems like a pretty cheap excuse to make as much money off the game as possible, but it's not like they're forcing you to buy more slots I suppose. bluetongue.gif

Yes Goto, it is! I am guessing that will be their "Summer Preview" this time around. As they promised the release of the next "Chapter" at the end of 2006. bluetongue.gif
