i suggest doing a few easy quests first, get ure stats up.

Hmmm I would do Priest in Peril, and Druidic Ritual, and Jungle Potion... The Priest in Peril will let you go into Canifis, which will open up a lot of new places for you. The other to quests will let you use herblore, and raise your herblore lvl which can be very helpful =p.

Another good one is the Fremennik Trials, it takes forever, but it allows you to get a lot more stuff and access even more places

Well with regular ess you can only makes 6 basic runes, with pure ess you can make any rune- laws, deaths, etc.
