On DOCKED Forums -

1) Personal CP on the left of the screen, under where your avatar is.
2) Board Setting under the "Options" header.
3) Check that your timezone is correct.
4) If you're currently in DST make sure it is checked, if you are not in DST uncheck it.

On UNDOCKED Forums -

My Controls > Board Controls > Time Zone > *DST*

* = Optional - Only if your region is going through DST now.
