Since our clan leaders have become increasingly inactive, my guild Perserverance in Maelstrom has decided to possibly split off and will need a forum. I thought, "Where better but Cspacezone?"

I was hoping that they could be one of our featured factions for Maelstrom (Horde). I'd be an officer.

I don't think the problem is that everyone is becoming inactive, I th8ink it's that everybody plays on different servers icon_sweatdrop.gif

Sure! Just PM me the details if your guild decides to receive a forum here. It can be a subforum of the WoW Factions forum (like the other two WoW factions).
