Question regarding a graphics card

Well, it seems everyone is having a dandy time on factions. ^_^, eh well anyways reason I created this was to ask for some help on the technical side of things. For one, I have no way of playing guild wars now since my bro blew up his laptop, and playing gw on my computer well...........my graphics card (if you can even call it that) is so weak I can barely play a full server on counterstrike 1.6 on par settings. So I was wondering, anyone have any bright ideas about a budget graphics card, prefereable under $100 ish, but I am willing to spend up to $200 for one. Anyone input is appreciated thanks!

Well, my Nvidia Geforce 6600 GT works alright with decent GW graphics and it should be dirt cheap by now.
However, if you can afford it, the 7600 GT would be better to get. Sure, there are way better ones than the 7600 GT, but they're not as cheap as it.

I picked up a 6600 GT recently to allow me to play Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, it's a pretty popular card and is fairly well priced for its performance. I got mine wholesale and I'm in Australia anyway, but I quickly googled it and you're probably looking at up to $150 US, lower if you shop around a bit.
If Guild Wars is the highest requirement you've got though, you could probably get something a bit cheaper and have the game work just fine. Would be a pain if you got a cheap card then had to replace it when a new game came out you really wanted, though.
