people only made up the idea that God was telling them to fight in his name... i think that the only war God really wants to happen is Armagedon.... and that will be against Satan. by then.... as the bible states, those who do not believe will be left behind, and left for 7 years while the war between God, Satan with the Anti-Christ rages.

oh, one thing i left out, by being left behind... that means that you aren't taken from this world to be jusdged and put into either heaven or hell... the bible says that even the bodies of the dead believers will be taken from their graves... children disapear... wait, everybody who believes willl disapear, nomatter what the age... um... the book "left behind" said that all children will be taken, even if they are not christians... and if thier parents aren't... then the parents will be left...
you should read "left behind" then see its movie... they are good.

My point was that you are so ready to believe the rapture, but claim that people made up things about fighting in God's name. The rapture is also thought up by people and added to the Bible, so thats my point. I'm a very strong Christian (Methodist), but I do have some questions about the rapture actually taking place as it is described.

I'm Jewish, and I dislike books that try to slip religion in with stuff...I'd hate it if it was Jewish, Muslim or anything. It just annoys me, sorry if I got too mad.

i think that the author of "left behind" did some serious study before they wrote the book
well, at first i was using what i knew from the bible.
the anti-christ is real too, its mentioned in the book revelations in the bible.
