You are what you do in UFF and so am I.

Unfortunately, I have been offline too often to say I am doing Visionary Leadership of UFF. Thus, I have been left with the task of needing to recognize who is truly doing this work and has been most highly honoring the values of the United Freedom Fighters.

Frylock9 has been setting the right example of a UFF and is to be recognized as Visionary Leader of UFF because this is what he has been doing much in my offline absence.

Therefore, I recognize him in this capacity. I do not make Frylock9 a leader. He makes himself one, not by force or lordship, but by setting the example for others and by being a UFF in performed values.

My own role in UFF shall be "Visionary Founder of UFF". I will continue to be around to help and guide this clan. Howbeit, the effective practical function of visionary work will be performed by Frylock9.

I am not quiting UFF nor Runescape. I am not inactive, only less active. I will not be available to function in the full performing capacity as Visionary Leader of UFF as Frylock9 has now been doing. Yes, I will be around to help.

Therefore, I ask that you show him the same respect as you've shown me.

This new recognized role for Frylock9 is not a decision on my part. It is but a recognition. He has been doing the UFF vision, values and purpose and has been committed to this in action for quite sometime now, consistantly, without fault, without wavering.

I am not the boss of UFF. I do not own UFF. No one does. Of course, Frylock9 is not the boss, either. We have no bosses in UFF. We only have leaders that guide by example and not by seeking to control others.

For those others who desire to be leaders in UFF, you also can be leaders amongst us by living out UFF values, as we have presented them on the UFF homepage ( http://dokimos.org/runescape ) and by actually doing leadership. You are what you do. If you do by-example leadership in UFF without overlording, you will be recognized for it.

I do wish to mention that there have been others we do recognize for what they do in UFF.

Neils91, who has come to us in UFF more recently has been a loyal and valued United Freedom Fighter amongst us. He demonstrates good by-example leadership to build our freedom movement.
