I do too. My cousin told me about thet a while ago and I've been wanting it since. But he's a member and i'm not. It's not even fair, it's too hard to pay for them anyways. It's so expensive, they should make it a more expensive, one time payment! And the my cousin could stop gloating.

poh's in my opinoin are a waste of tme and money like ive spent about 500k and only got 4 finished rooms n 20 construction lvls so i stoped doing it....so for the f2p players here dont worrie if anything its doing u good not having them u dont have to waste cash on a house that is pointless

It's what we like to call a money sink, money goes in, useless stuff comes out. Balences the economics. Well.. It's supposed to.

It's like in Guild Wars, where we have 15k armour that has the same stats as 1.5k armour. Only thing different is the cost, and the fact in most cases it looks better. People still buy them though.

I've spent about 50-75k and I've got 29 construction; you need to know what to level on instead of making things look nice.

heres another good tip, don't buy your planks and nails, forage the planks from crandor island where the crashed boat is or around various places in the wilderness. make your own nails too, pretty much anybody that has worked on their smithing for a few levels can at least make bronze nails.

it takes 1 bar to makes 15 nails
