The very first day of SeeD started with a couple of members chopping trees and expanded to an inter-game clan..or 'community', some members have called it. So some of you have been wondering where the Runescape faction of SeeD is going. Inactivity? No.. Not in my opinion. With a bit of help and determination from our fellow runescape members here, things can get going again like they once were. I believe that with the help from our older runescape members and newer members, and if they wish, the members of UFF, we could get a couple activities going to help our Runescape faction.

What am I asking of you?
Although I am mainly directing these towards newer members, but I would hope for our older members to help out in whatever ways they could.

Don't be afraid to post here! Random Discussions of in-game activities are what make this forum an active runescape forum. Post a topic, or just simply reply to a topic already posted here.

Introduce Yourself! Being a new member can sometimes be a little awkward. Post a topic about yourself and maybe tell us a few of your skills, we would love to welcome you to our wonderful clan ^_^

Request help, or give help! There are plenty of members here, including me, that would love to use their skills to help you with your own leveling. We all need those experience points anyways, why not help someone else while you're at it?

Post Event Ideas! I really like to hear all the events members would like to see in-game. From tag games to fire-art contests, every event is fun.. Feedback on your idea will help you with hosting your event. There is no rule saying only a leader can host an event.. anyone can! Please do not be afraid to post about an event you would like to have, events can only mean more activity.

***If you would like to host your event, post about it in our Events Forum up at the top. If members can attend an event it is, in my opinion, a #1 way to rejuvenate activity.

Show your accomplishments! Games are competitive, and are supposed to be. When you spend a whole lot of time on a certain skill level, show us what you have done, and we'll be happy to congratulate you and offer tips on further leveling, if you need it.

By the way: I am almost always on Runescape when I am able to be, but I have to keep my private chat to friends. This doesn't mean I don't want to add you, please just ask me to add you in-game, and I definitely would be happy to talk with you. And this doesn't go for just me.. If any runescape member seems to have their private chat on (since nowadays it's nice to have a bit of privacy on runescape), I'm sure that if you asked them to add you on runescape they would!

This topic is open for random posts, too And to our older members that have gone inactive in runescape, that really doesn't mean you can't post topics. I'm sure there *are* memories that you'd still like to talk about, and those always make great discussions, hehe. Being an older runescape member also means you can answer questions a bit easier (if you do remember, that is ).

I really do hope that SeeD members can help out a bit in getting our runescape faction going again. You all remember how much fun our events have been, and what memories we created. 'Twould be great for our newer members to get that experience, also. We all were new at some point, and I'm sure we could 'corrupt' a few more members to grow our elder faction. I'm just taking an initiative and creating a topic to poke at some discussion about our runescape faction, and help revitalize it. I would really like to see this faction grow a bit more

Edit: Also, a bit more direction to our newer members would be nice. If a newer runescape member does post in the Lobby, please direct them towards this forum, because it's easy to get lost in our jungle

(Not that I play anymore; my free time is still lacking and what little of it I have gets sucked up by GW)

I'll try and do something over the summer. I have an event I want to do; I just need to sit down and plan the damn thing. And get prizes for it.

What I ended up liking most about RS was just fooling around with others, I lost interest in the game itself for a while before I retired. It gets updated so frequently now that even popping in is confusing. All the power to the new guys though. I held plenty of events, so if anyone has questions about those I can help answer, unless it has to do with anything involving updates.
