If you want to get technical about it: The only gardens are at Balamb, Galbadia and Trabia. Plus that ship of SeeDs that Edea founded. Centra was the ruins of some ancient civilization, or something along those lines.

No, isn't Centra the ruins of a garden that Galbadia bombed? Or was it Trabia that Galbadia bombed? >.<

Trabia was the garden that got bombed.

You first saw Centra during one of the flashbacks with Laguna and the others, they get attacked by Esthar soldiers there. It's those old ruins.
