OK, played a bit...
The default ranks are "Applicant," "Member," "Officer," and "Leader." "Founder" is not a rank. Only one person can hold it, and it can't be renamed. The Founder can, however, step down.
Also, I can't delete the two middle ranks for some reason... ...because Dman was renaming them. 
Actually, I still can't delete "Officer." What gives? OK, apparently the "standard" ranks can't be deleted, and you can't change their numbers. I get it now.
Also also, there's an option to change "says" to something else for your members. I changed ours to "croons" but it didn't seem to take effect... Apparently this only works within your hall. To quote Aristotle, "That's Bull{expletive hax0rd by Cspace}!"
Hey Cspace, any chance you can add Fedoras to the Haberdashery? The Order of the Black Fedora would greatly appreciate it Oh, you don't choose a style of hat... you choose how much you want to spend on one. Bah.

Guess i should look into playing it again. I thought the first one was originally good, except for the fact that some {expletive hax0rd by Cspace} from my school came online and started telling everyone my real name 
The second one seemed too complicated, but i guess i'll try this again if i ever get off Guild Wars for more then 15 minutes

Hey, I just mysteriously lost my weapon and armor... what gives? I finally had a perfectly crafted weapon, and i lose it instantly!!!! Ugh, evil monk...
CSPACE, REMOVE THE MONK CLASS!!! I just lost a perfect 36 weapon and now I'm really mad. Please remove this class so other people don't end up like me.

I think that was the way it is meant to be designed. Since monk traditionally don't use any weapons and wear light armor, I think this class is meant to replicate that. At least, that's what I think.
