is thier anyone who could eather make me 4.5k mith arrow heads for free or realy cheap. see i got pked with all my arrows on and i made the newb mistake of bringing all my arrows with me in to the wild i got pked and now no arrows and very little money so if any one could help me out it would be greatly apreciated.

Well if I was a member with good fletch and smithing levels, I would make the arrows for about 5k that's like 1gp per arrow, but I'm not a member, yet.

I'm lucky because I got full rune? I'm just missin the shield, I bought my plate and legs for 50k each from my rich-in-items lv75 member friend, on here is user is guardian01, but anyway, then my helm, I don't remember about how i got my helm, then i have like only 2 rune weps, my mace, and my pick. I used to have that and a scimmy, longsword and battleaxe.
