Well there have been rumors that there will be new prayers released and I've been looking around RSC
and I don't know if this is true but look. This change in prayers if it does happen will not only mess up some pures but also be very frusturating for some prayers who can't get to smite. Please let me know what you think and if you know more about this let me know.

The new prayers were announced in the BtS for August. As for the whining, that's because of the rumor that majority of the prayers will have their requirements upped. With the additions to raise prayer quicker (Ecto, Guilded, Ancient Bones, etc) there is no reason for anyone to have problems raising prayer.

Yes Stuffy I understand but, higher prayer for pures/pkers which means higher combat, which means getting attacked by higher levels that you will not be able to hit as much as you use to.

You're right, and looking at JaGEx's moves the past few months I wouldn't doubt that this is an intentional move.

I really dont have much sympathy for pures. I have a skill pure and I don't care if Jagex caters to that char or not.

As for PKers... well, they like saying "Risk vs. Reward" to defend actions, i'd say that would be a good rationale in gaining levels for the prayers they want to use.
