Now I am all for stopping large companies from trying to enforce a monopoly. But this seems like low blow by AMD to get back at Intel. I am very happy to have either companie's CPU in my computer. It seems that AMD is launching some kind of lawsuit against their rival, Intel. In my opinion, rather than settle this in the courts, settle this in the labs and let the processors, prices, and performance numbers do the talking.

Have you ever played the game Monopoly? If you did, you'd realize that prices DOUBLE when someone has a monopoly. If AMD can prove Intel to be attempting to gain a monopoly, than I agree entirely with the lawsuit... all it means is cheaper products.

I agree with Alpha. If AMD can prove their case, it would help the consumer in the long run.
