Our server has been getting a spike of requests lately, causing an unusual amount of load for the past month. After looking at some things I have reason to believe that there is a problem with the script that provides buttons for listed sites (on the topsite). It's a known issue with the topsite and I believe it will be fixed in the future. Until then, we need to keep our own site's stability in mind and must disable the topsite. If I'm wrong about this, even though the topsite is a 404 right now, I can easily bring it back exactly how it was before.

I think it's the problem... But the next few days should tell.
