Go to your windows directory, create folders called:
  • EXE
  • DLL
  • TXT
  • BMP
  • LOG
  • INI
And put all the files that you find with that particular file extension into that folder.

It makes your computer faster, too! The computer will know where to look for the particular files, since its so blatantly obvious as to them being there.
