The events of 9/11 were truely terrible and I feel for those whos lives were lost and they that were left behind to morn. For those who have fought and died for this country in a great time of need. My gratitudes to those that have served her in glory as well. This is a time of rememberance.

Yet this is also the ripe time for change! these were events that were completely preventable! Ignorance cuased it! That very source of ignorance continues to remain at the the highest levels of this countries government. A war criminal sits in the oval office! all I see on the news is rememberance for something no one made a real effort to repair after it was done, and no one truely sought to prevent in the first place! I see religion attacking religion over something that could have been easily stoped before it started.

It is enough sights and sounds to make the eyes and the ears alike, bleed from the welled up blood of a broken heart. And none do any more then say a prayer and light a candle, which turns the blood to a quick a boil of agrevation and internal rage at such complaicency to not act in a benificial manner!

America is neglecting to repair its foundation. We are only putting a coat of paint on a crumbling construct!

We are loosing our allies, our economy, or very way of life to what never had to happen in the first place! freedome from terror should not come at the expense of becoming a slave to our fears!

It is subtle but quickening in its pace...our current path and the ruin it will lead us to!

I say out with the redundantly encumbant! In with the new, the just, and the true!

President George Bush and his administration out of the white house.

Peace at least between our selves and the middle east.

Transgetions forgiven, as should we atone for our own by focusing on repairing and making better, where we are welcome, what we have torn assunder.

It was never right to let the current administration go on as long as it did. We can not wait for their time to simpley be up and repair from there, we must fix it now!

I don't think you seem to understand the entire situation. The people who we are fighting against do not want peace. They will not rest until America is destroyed. They want absolute world domination of radical Islam. They want to kill you. There will never be peace in the middle east until religion is eliminated, or every person on earth dies.

The concept of things being Good vs Evil seems to suggest a similar lack of understanding to suggesting that forgiving and forgetting will fix the problem. Regardless, I can't help but think that a tragedy such as 9/11 makes a very poor setting for a political debate. There's far too much manipulation of such things on both sides.

Except maybe 9/11 being a tragedy, you stated no facts.
I could get more information from watching Oprah.

I've noticed the average CurvedSpacer (or at least the average vocal CurvedSpacer) tends to be either extremely right-wing or extremely left-wing. In neither case are facts an abundant part of the equation.

Actually, I'm in the middle. bluetongue.gif Facts are overrated, because they are true. Use statistics; they are easier to fudge with.

I'm extremely cant stand bull-{expletive hax0rd by Cspace}.
that means I hate republicans and democrats equally.

When I say hate I mean... they suck. They cant agree on anything and sometimes just disagree with each other simply because the other party likes an idea.

I say we abolish the political party system thumb.gif . I think it was George washington who said america must never have political parties. If it wasn't him it was at least one of the founding fathers who had that idea.

Wow, Xemen, that post sounded like something Dokimos would post... Just that kind of style.

And because of that, and just to spite you in that way, I disagree with everything you say grnwink.gif I actually do anyways, so... Go eat your least favorite flavor or pie! >.<
