how does the payment by phone work when u try to get a payment method for being a member in rune scape? does it like add the money to ur phone bill or sumtin?

I always thought they just added it to your phone bill, atleast they did that when my cousin started playing this game and did the phone way.. eek7.gif

still confusing though...does it cost more to pay by phone then to pay by credit? and this pin thing where do u put tht?blah...ill get my mom to do it...
