I don't think you can carry on now since you're all exhausted.
You know, you'd better recuperate and just rest yourself. Don't push yourself too much and make sure you don't do too much work. Sometimes, even the most basic of tasks can put a strain onto you.

Of course, you should be able to understand why! It's obviously been building up inside of us because we haven't released any of it for a long time! It is this violently strong because it's so delighted to finally be able to come out.
