Dead end. As the end of the corridor comes into view, a large, dark shadow passes over you with a 'whoosh!' from above. As you turn around, a monstrosity lands before you!
Dark Griffon:
HP: 6000
DP: 800
EP: 2000
Abilities:
- Fell Swoop: EC=700; DP=200; Effect = The Dark Griffon swoops forward, taking the target in its talons. It flies upwards fifty or so feet, and throws them towards the bookcase. By some chance, they hang on, but are unable to participate in the next turn.

It swoops forward, its talons sinking into Lohengrin!
