Meh, this is a mature rant, so if you're gonna spam or flame, {expletive ninja'd by Cspace} off.

Well, there's two reasons I haven't been exactly positively mr. Sunshine lately.

1)
There hasn't been any snow here, so it's been a sudden flooding some places in this town, including my workshop. Where I keep my motorcycle. Unprotected from water. So I'm afraid it might have been trashed by the water or started rusting, which I'd really despise.

2)
My Grandmother.
She has Alzheimers, at a respectable age of 86.
Last friday, she complained of her stomach hurting. Then she got dizzy. Then she started coughing up blood.

She was driven to the hospital in an ambulance. When she got there, we found out all the specialists had gone for the weekend, so she had to stay in the hospital, drugged down, until monday.
At monday she got X-rayed, and they found a tumor in her. In the intestines. It has made some of her intestines collapse, so she can't..... #2..
Anyways, they debated operating her, but she is now so weak that they couldn't risk it. So she got sent home today, some hours ago, with a big tumor. All they did, was put a pipe up so she could do #2..
We haven't gotten results yet, so we dunno if it's a good or a bad tumour (Cancer).
She is currently so weak she can't even get out of bed.

That's the reason I'm not happy.
I don't need your pity. And flamers, as previously mentioned, {expletive ninja'd by Cspace} off.

Eep.

And to all the 'potential flamers' that could spring up for whatever reason, if you're thinking of doing that just because he said he didn't want you to.. Wrong move. Just so you know. I'm not giving special treatment, it's just some people need to be reminded, otherwise they do it anyway for kicks.

Dude, I'm sorry to hear about that. I wish her well, and I hope she makes a full recovery. Also, that sucks about your bike. Feel better.

There's no flamers that could possibly get in here to flame you about situations like that.

And those that would consider just fail at life, despite any arguments against that statement.

Motorcycle aside, I hope things go OK with your grandmother. Give things time, m8. Things work out.

And keep smilin', btw. Be sure to do that.

I'm sure your motorcycle is fine in there. I do hope that your grandmother's results come back negative for cancer, and I wish her a quick recovery.

Well, just take care

Awww. Fersk. I can empathize with you somewhat. A lot better than sympathy.

1) That sucks. >;\ I feel the exact same way when my paintball gun either gets shot or it starts raining. I start spazzing because if I let the paint dry, it can hamper movement and chip off paint and other rust-preventing residues that I've put inside the gun, and if that happens, the water will rust it! AGH! I take -forever- in the staging area cleaning my gun if it gets shot, and I refuse to go somewhere and party before cleaning down my gun and re-applying rust removal. I imagine you pride your motorcycle in the same way that I pride my guns, maybe even more.

2) Ack...That's. Well. Bad. I remember last year, at the state one-acts (one-acts are plays that only last one act...haha!) there was a AA school that did a play on a man with alzheimers. It was so sad. ;-; I cried. But I cry at quite a few things...I'm a pussy. I have friends that have had grandparents with it, and they've told me that it's the worst thing that has ever happened to them. I understand it can't be easy watching someone you love dearly become, almost, a completely new person. It's hard, and I respect you for getting out and talking about it. Talking really does help, just sometimes you need the alone time first.

Glad you came to talk, even if you didn't want 'help or sympathy'. I tried to empathize as best as I could.

Well, she has been at the hospital the whole night now, and they've found out she HAS cancer.
It's spread to the liver and other vital organs, and it doesn't help that she has a bad heart from before.

There's nothing they can do, either. She's too weak to be operated, so they're just trying to make her feel good in her last time.
And she's almost totally gone mentally, too. She doesn't remember anyone, not even my father. She just lays there in the bed, not saying a word, not even registering if anyone tries to talk to her.

My grand dad had the exact same thing, agressive type cancer in the tumour and he spent his last months quite sick, one week home feeling better, one week in hospital really bad and it kept going and then at last he was 3 weeks in hospital all dizzy and hallucinating thanks to all the morphine he was given..on the 4th week he died.

So i know exactly how you feel, just hope for the best that's basicly all you can do.

PS. Neither do i have snow, all rivers are over flooding but it's getting colder and hopefully it'll start snowing soon.
