Runescape, Guild Wars, Sony Online Entertainment games (like EQ2 and SWG), and World of Warcraft. Most of those already have "leaders" per se, but we don't merely follow the leader when we're capable of working at a common goal!

I'm not saying our faction leaders need to do anything differently, but SeeD is "member-led" even if we forgot that. We made the most progress when members took matters into their own hands and tried to guide their/our/your guild where they thought it would benefit. Obviously we're broken between games right now, but who says that's a weakness when we can potentially grow (or re-grow) our roots into all of them? That's not as difficult as it sounds.
Would that in turn break the community? Not a bit, if the factions each do their part to introduce members to the community and SeeD as a whole, new members can easily becomes accustomed to what goes on here. Just be sure to welcome them as they come.

- Do you play a game where we're digging some roots? You should include yourself in our progress, and help power your guild into the game! Working together it shouldn't be difficult. Don't be afraid to make a low-level alt, there's more to being able to help than your level. Feel like going all-out for SeeD and leveling an alt on a faction's server? Then by all means do so, we could use all the help we can get. Starting one of these game for the first time? Then why not begin on a faction's server?
- Don't play such a game? No worries, everything we do is tied to the community, and involvement here is just as important as activity on the ground in SeeD. Just don't be afraid to post.
Charlie is leading a mission to help bring the Runescape faction back to its former glory!
Neraphym is helping to organize the Defenders of Aderon to get us ready for GvG in Guild Wars!
I'm preparing the EverQuest II faction for a return to Norrath!
Final F8 and I will be working on the World of Warcraft faction to hopefully make the connection with SeeD and achieve success in the game!
Rumors are going around that I'm preparing for a big update to the site...
Darkness and the rest of the plucky DarkStorm GM team want to boost activity in DS! I know it doesn't involve SeeD... But he made me put this here.

Where do you come into all this? That's up to you, but if you wish to be a part of SeeD's return now is the time! The ball is in play, now is the time to get off the bench if you'd like to make an impact.
