Procrastination

Here's a thing I just discovered: if you're procrastinating anything, think of the very smallest thing you could do to get it started. For example, you're procrastinating exercise; get your workout clothes on. Works like a charm.
And now we have the quote of the day, from greenl2l: PLONGED!!!

Nup, I'd just procrastinate putting on the workout clothes, too.

I guess we'd have to break it down more for you. How about standing up out of your chair/whatever your doing? Or walking to your closet?

Okay, but I wouldn't be bothered putting on the clothes still.

Nazy just defies logic.
How about writing an essay? That's the hardest thing for me when it comes to procrastinating.

For some of us that's a hazardous activity, you know, because we've been procrastinating when it comes to cleaning our rooms.

Here's a problem though, what if your procrastinating to procrastinate before you actually do the activity or assignment you need/want to do? So basically your being lazy but not doing anything but at the same time your procrastinating the procrastinate.

Mine usually goes along the lines of:
"Hmm, I bet we got new food today."
*check all drawers and cabinets in kitchen*
*stare at book for 2 minutes*
Repeat.
Surprisingly, it's much easier for me to write an essay in a car. I once camped out in my mom's land cruiser for about 4 hours with a little nightlight one night.

Okay, what just happened...

I think you just tore a hole in spacetime

Oh.
