it doesnt work when the whole three people that play arent online
Exaggerations don't help. Name the three people of whom you speak and I'll add more to your list. More than eight came to Charlie's event, a couple others planned to come who didn't make it, and I can name many others who play RS in the present who also consider themselves SeeDs. Given that our members decide to finally organize instead of standing by to watch and comment, recruiting will also come easily for us.

As for the events, I try to come to as many as possible, but honestly I didn't even know that you were hosting them. You should post in the
Event Board for
every event you host, and you can post in a general forum in addition to that. Also, for more visibility, you may want to add your events to the calendar so they appear on the board index. Lastly, you can optionally contact an active moderator to post a notice on the homepage.
Events don't need to be planned much ahead of time, sometimes spontaneous events can get a greater turnout than planned ones if you post at a time when members of this faction are online. Lone notices of events should not be posted in replies to other threads (they won't be seen by many), but they should
always be posted in the Event Board and/or General Discussion. Even if they're spontaneous.
Hope this helps
