So far the discussion on the Arbiters has taken place here, previously in another thread linked from there, and before that yet another thread while we were getting ideas together. That's a lot of stuff. I'll make it easy, but I'll leave out all the reasons because they make things more complicated. If you want to know why something in particular is being done, or if you think something doesn't make sense, please check the other threads.

What Is The Guild's Full Name?: The Arbiter's Order

Is There A Short Name For That?: Arbiters

Would We Use An Acronym?: Dunno, probably not officially.

Where Did The Name Come From?: DarkStorm and Age of Arcana

How Would A Tag Appear In Shooters?: In shooters and other similar games, "Arbiter" can safely be implemented in a singular form.

What Is A Member Called?: An Arbiter

Will Factions Change Their Names?: No

Will The Term "Faction" Change?: No, the decision has been made to keep the term "Faction".

What Will Become Of The "Runescape Faction"?: It will be called "SeeD" again.

What Will Become Of SeeD As We Know It?: We're changing our guild's organization and theme, but we're working out a means to keep the SeeD identity going from within the Arbiters.

So We Won't Have Two Guilds?: No, still one multi-game guild.

What About Faction Positions?: Faction-specific positions won't change unless they change themselves.

What About Inter-Faction Positions?: There'll be more of them.

And Missions?: Yes

"SeeD Rank"?: Yes, with a different title

What Else Is New?: Specializations to push the member-led feel (Perception, Reasoning, etc.). They will be in the topic-view and will probably be made important in the community. Don't worry about what each will specifically entail right now.

Where Will That Go?: Maybe we can work out a leadership formula for guilds to follow, and perhaps help each other find and resolve specific weaknesses in this area (no one's perfect). Yeah, maybe this could have real-life implications as well for those who wish to do that.

Is Rylkan Behind This?: Not that I know of, but I've been wrong about that before.

That Doesn't Make Any Sense!: Do you mind, understanding Rylkan's motivations is not easy.

I'm just saying that this is still happening. I've been busy and haven't done it yet, but I'll bring the update when my internet is stable and I have a few hours to concentrate on it. It could happen any day, it just depends on how things go.

I've been getting questions about it, and no, I haven't forgotten about the guild.
