ok, i heard of a place in baltimore, MD, that allowed you to send in concept art or computer models and whatnot, like ideas for a new tabletop game, and they would make it for you, and send you 5 sets of it and a board for only $20. also, i think i heard they would publish it and if it sold, they would only take 10% of the first buy, nothing more, everything else was yours. bluetongue.gif

sound familiar?

if it does, tell me exactly where it is or a place really close to it so i can use it! I got a great idea that began as a 2D draw wars type thing on paper! most of my friends really like the idea.

[Now for someone with something more to post]

I've heard of them. Hella long time ago, but I distinctly remember hearing about figure makers. But it was such a while back, you couldn't possibly expect me to remember it.

Just try googling Baltimore Tabletop crafters or something.

But when I heard about them, I don't remember anything of giving you profit from them making your figures. O.o

*Sigh* I remember laying out twenty feet of graph paper over a section of my friends entire house and holding a month long D&D session with figures he made himself.

Such good times.
Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

well, thank you very much for the tip, but i tried that already. all i found were people who made custom dice, chess peices, boards, checkers peices, etc. the closest i got to custom figures of any form i got to were companies that make custom tabletop wargame terrain and only custom tabletop wargame terrain.
