Alpha's 55 Necro Spoil Victor
Intro:
This is a 55 Necromancer build designed for solo farming. This build has many of the basic 55 components and uses Spoil Victor to bring down badguys. Here's how it works:
Equipment:
First, we need weapons. Get a Gordoc's Needle, Wayward Wand (Blood), or a Golden Boar Sceptor (Blood) will do nicely. Next, get the -50 Grim Cesta from the Cities of Ascalon quest. Unlike the standard 55 build, you actually get to use the energy bonuses on them. Energy is key in this build, so go get yourself a set of armor that gives you energy bonuses. Either Scar Patterns or Radiant Insignia will do. Finally, you're going to need a Superior Blood and Superior Soul Reaping runes, along with three other Superior Runes. This will lower your HP down to 55.
Attributes:
Blood Magic: 16
Soul Reaping: 6
Healing Prayers: 9
Protection Prayers: 9
1. Spoil Victor (E)
2. Vampiric Gaze
3. Protective Spirit
4. Healing Breeze
5. Signet of Lost Souls
6. Balthazar's Spirit
7. Essence Bond
8. Mending
Spoil Victor (E)
E: 10
T: 1
R: 10
For 21 seconds, whenever target foe attacks or casts a Spell on a creature with less Health, that foe loses 105 Health.
Here's your main damage dealer. Because your HP is 55, just about everything done to you will strip the attacker of 105 Health each time. Cast this on foes every time it recharges, and lots of damage will be done to those attacking you. This wont do anything if the foe's HP goes below yours.
Vampiric Gaze
E: 10
T: 1
R: 5
Steal up to 63 Health from target foe.
Use this to finish off foes that go below your HP and Spoil Victor won't work. This will kill any foe for sure. If their HP is lower than yours, your highest possible HP is 55, and this does 63 damage, then it will certainly kill it. It also heals you!
Protective Spirit
E: 10
T: 1/4
R: 5
For 17 seconds, target ally cannot lose more than 10% max Health due to damage from a single attack or Spell.
Keep this up at all times so foes can only do 5 damage to you at a time. Recast before this runs out, or you die!
Healing Breeze
E: 10
T: 1
R: 2
For 10 seconds, target ally gains health regeneration of 7.
Use this health regen to counter the effects of getting hit with tons of 5's.
Signet of Lost Souls
E: -
T: 1/4
R: 8
If target foe is below 50% Health, you gain 46 Health and 5 Energy.
When low on energy and health, use this to get both back. Just make sure their's a foe around with under 50% health.
Balthazar's Spirit
E: 10 (-1>)
T: 2
R: -
While you maintain this Enchantment, target ally gains adrenaline and Energy after taking damage. (The amount of adrenaline gained increases depending on your rank in Smiting Prayers.)
Maintain this on yourself to give you lots of energy when you get hit.
Essence Bond
E: 10 (-1>)
T: 2
R: -
While you maintain this Enchantment, whenever target ally takes physical or elemental damage, you gain 1 Energy.
Maintain this on yourself to give you lots of energy when you get hit.
Mending
E: 10 (-1>)
T: 2
R: -
While you maintain this "Enchantment", target ally gains Health regeneration of +3.
Maintain this on yourself to give you constant health regeneration.
Using Your Skills:
Maintain Mending, Essence Bond, and Balthazar's Spirit at all times. Before entering battle, cast Protective Spirit and keep recasting it before it runs out. Use Healing Breeze's Health Regen to keep you alive. This is all standard 55 HP soloing stuff. Now, cast Spoil Victor on the first target you want to take down. As they attack you, tons of HP will shed off of them. Eventually, they'll either die or get their HP lower than yours. If it is lower than yours is, finish them off with Vampiric Gaze. Vampiric Gaze can be used at a distance, will do armor ignoring damage that is always greater that your current HP, and will heal you some, too. Keep doing this until all your opponents are dead. If ever you need a free heal and some fast energy, find a foe with low HP and use Signet of Lost Souls to heal yourself and get 5 energy back.

This build is on Guildwiki if I'm right, so no 'Alpha's' idea as such
I do think it says Vampiric Touch on there though, since you're next to the enemy and its quicker casting time so .. technically its not the same, but its already well known

Vampiric Touch may cast faster, but Gaze is cheaper and works at a distance. Both skills do over 55 damage, so damage is irrelivant. Also, the one on guild wiki uses watchful spirit over signet of lost souls. Other than that, the build is the same. I just think mine's better.
But Chao's is right, it's nothing original. It's just my spin on it.
