How to Kick Arse with it
Before Battle
Use Apply Poison then Armor of Frost before your enemy is within attack range. This can be important since this is a few seconds in which they could wail on you heavily if you are not prepared. By having Apply Poison on, and the Armor, you enter battle with a buff and a means to Degen Right off the bat.
During Battle
Make sure you will hit. I can't stress that enough. Try and make sure you will land your burning arrow, as the first move for this build tends to make or break the fight. Assuming you hit, follow up immeadiately with Steam. If you look at what's going on now, you have your opponent at -11 Degen, as well as being blinded for more than double the time of Burning, and with luck, you can keep them blind the entire match. From here, keep up a burning arrow steam combo, using whirling if needed to hal or apply more poison.
After Battle
Modest in Victory, Humble in Defeat.

Issues to keep in mind
First, this is a one on one build. Face more than on opponent, and you are in deep trouble. Try to avoid beast masters or getting mobbed. While not impossible, the odds are not in your favour here.
Second, condition removal. If it's a monk condition removal, you can be in trouble. They tend to be quick spells and hard to interupt, but you have to do this if you wish this build to work. Skills like antidote signet are easy to interupt, but still take some timing. Necro's can also just use plague moves to move this around, so keep this in mind.
Third, Blocking. Time to forget the poison boys and girls and use seeking arrows. It's an underrated skill for its short duration, but an amazingly useful skill to get around things like whirling defense or shield stance.
Further thoughts
Takes a good deal of timing. It can kill quickly, but if you mess up, you can be doomed. It works good against warriors as well, and especially rangers, but watch out for people like Eles. As a ranger, you get the ele armor buff, but Armor of Frost will only help against physical damage. So any elemental weapons or spells will wreak havor, especially since they dont care if they are blind.
