It's so awesome to be able to go into Old Ascalon and die a horrible bloody death to enemies we were sneering at yesterday, so let's hear your first experiences, impressions, likes, dislikes, exclamations, emoticons and ideas for making it even better!
Personally, i love it, i got killed by a grawl in ascalon for the first time in over 5 months, and i was reminded all over again why i absolutely hated the {expletive run over by Cspace}s and was driven to levling up and getting better so i never had to feel that way again.....and now i feel that way again! it's like a breath of fresh air! I had to think! in ascalon! O_O more sleepless nights here i come......

I hate it so much. 
I tried The Great Northern Wall and my Dunkoro got slaughtered almost immediately by 3 Carrion Devourers... with Skull Crack. Holy crap they couldn't have picked a nastier elite to chuck on those little buggers. After -15DP on my Dunkoro... he got -30DP after the first encounter with Grawl. Someone could have told me it'd have BACKBREAKER. So I go to murder the Monk and he has Healing Hands... and it was the first time I didn't take an enchant-removal skill.
Needless to say... I hate hard mode. I'm going to be playing Guild Wars even more now.

Vanquishing old ascalon took me just over an hour.
The missions are easy though. It's just vanquishing that will be painful.

I freaking love it. I wanted a challenge and here it is. I couldnt play more than a few minutes before school, but it's awesome to have a challenge in old areas again.Definitely need to get some more titles now.
Anyone check out Stygian veil? I decided to see how much it changed for the solo trapping build. Without the bonus for this weekend, I get 8 LB points for each enemy. And the stygians are now level 30.
Need to team trap that and reap tons of LB this weekend.So much to do now. Vanquisher here I come!

Hehe, I really want holy lightbringer by the end of the weekend. That'll also get me to I'm Kind of a Big Deal!
