Dunno you want me judging desktops 
. Yours is rather cluttered for my taste. I'll go with 6/10 since the stuff on the right side is lined up neatly.

Yeah, but X's has old skool batch files. Though being an IE man counts against him. 
And Callum has Civ 4. 9/10 because the taskbar is ewwie XP style.
My Windows Desktop has the real essentials.
And I'll toss in my SuSE desktop for the hell of it.
Obviously I'm somewhat minimalist on desktops.
