Seeing as Cspace has the uncanny ability to motivate people in such an easy manner here I go

• I want all positions within SeeD to be filled by an active and capable person who actually wants SeeD to become an active clan once again. Anyone can have one of these positions as long as you believe your right for it. That means don't choose wilderness officer if you hate going into the wild
  
  Here is a list of all available positions.
  
  - Captains
  Captains can manage the faction in-game with the absence of the faction leaders and generals. They cannot alter the guild's organization or the ranks of members
  - Wilderness Officer
  One who shows leadership in the wilderness or other PKing situations or events. They would focus on hosting PKing events as well as hosting spontaneous PKing follow-up events (at the end of other events). While anyone can technically form one of these groups, while absolutely necessary (such as if the event leader dies) a wilderness officer can take his/her place.
  - Promotional Officer
  While everyone should recruit, promotional officers would focus on it. They would focus on hosting and attending events, as well as spreading the word to other communities where allowed. When at events, they would try to find ways to get attention toward SeeD from other players... Including inviting them to events where allowed and appropriate.
  - Relations Officer
  Relations officers would focus on creating and maintaining connections with allies and other friendly clans. They would try to organize joint events and generally improve the mutual situation between all guilds involved.
• I want SeeD to have at least one event a week. With a good turnout. A good turn out for us with our current members is about 7. Thats good enough for any clan to have fun. Events are so easy to create and host. Just think of an idea, post about it, make sure people know about it then just turn up. Even a small PK Trip can help!
• I want active discussions in SeeD. This doesn't mean you can't post anywhere else, just one post a day in this forum can help activity loads. Think about it, you see someone has reached a goal they have been working on. All you need to do is say congratz with perhaps a few emotes and words for padding (). Very simple yet it helps loads.
• Recruitment is so so so so so so so important. So important I forgot to add commas in between the so's . I have a good idea which I think (and hope) will encourage people to recruit so make sure you look out for it

Meh, I don't want a position. Positions mean you have responsibility and work. And get blamed for problems much, much more often. I would be horrible at all those positions anyway.

An event a week would be nice, but I doubt we would ever get all members to come. Normally, that wouldn't matter, but with such a small member base, not having 7 people being able to show up would possibly just kill the event.

I do that congratulating stuff already.

I won't bother talking about recruitment. I've said it quite a few times already and none of you all agrees with me anyway.
