BUT OMG TRANSFORMERS WAS SO AWESOME!
Despite all the subliminal messaging.
Best part of the movie was when one guy laughed at the red bull ad when it started and then everyone in the cinema laughed at him.

I don't like the name 'Transformers Movie', I now call it 'Callum's Happy Time'...
It was so awesome, despite the blatant product placement and Megatron not being a gun. (And the utter lack of realism... I know I wouldn't make out on top of a sentient being!)
edit: ANOTHER THING! "We learned your language from the internet"... Gods, so many missed opportunities to say "lol", "noob", "pwned" or any combination...

Oh yeah Callum I was talking to Sam today at work.
Turns out he went to see Transformers at the same time as us last night and we just cracked up since we both mentioned the red bull ad guy.
But last night must have been movie night for everyone or something, turns out Naomi and Nikki went and saw Blades of Glory at the same time uninentionally.
