We're on QuakeNet for the moment, which means that the chat does indeed work again.

Our official channel is now #arbiters

However, I kept #seedchat as one of the default channels as an alternate.

I don't believe that they allow channels or names to be reserved like on MatrixChat, so don't assume that someone is who he/she says. However, if you want to be an op or something, feel free to create your own channels from our applet.

There's probably a 70% chance that we will switch networks again in the near future, but I switched to one that's popular for the time being.

Also, if you just want to chat, there's a huge mess of channels there. Feel free to go around and talk to other people (obviously ), but remember that we are not in any control of what happens there.

You can 'reserve' your name but anyone can use it while you're not on, but only you can identify to it, as long as you don't share your password. You can reserve channels easily enough but you need a certain amount of people idling there for a bit, I forgot the amount of people required.

Anyone have the info I need to log into the chat with mIRC?

We switched twice after MatrixChat went down, and we're no longer on QuakeNet. Instead we're now on irc.nightstar.net, and our channels are #arbiters, #cspacechat, and #seedchat.

Just note that you'll be denied access if you use port 6667. I'm not sure what mIRC's default is, but there should be an option to change it if you have problems (port 6666 works).
