I need sound editing help

Anyone know what program I should use to make this soundbyte? It's the song Raining men by the weather girls, with raining blood by slayer mixed into it.

I'm considering mixing up the entire song but I'll need alot more slayer songs than what I have.

i recomend audacity it is a good audio editor, (you gotta get a plugin to export mp3's i think) its free (used to be pay) i imagine you can do what you're trying to with it.
