Want me to draw something specific in DS, such as a character, location, object, or something else?

I draw these things when I'm bored between my classes, and sometimes I scan them as you can see in the gallery. I'm not that great at it, but I think I can convey basically what something or someone in DS looks like.

So if you have a request, please ask, otherwise I'll just keep doing whatever is on my mind.

If you wish, you can also ask me to try to draw your character. Please provide a detailed visual description, and your character's likely DS2 classes (including one listed as primary). I may try to draw him/her for you. It's not guaranteed, but I'll be more likely to do it if the character seems new or unique (cool class combination, maybe not human, that sort of thing).


I'll try to do most of the requests, but I can't do everything. Some things I simply haven't worked out yet, and others could be important in AoA (a real game), where continuity would be a bigger deal. I'm no artist, so a request could also simply come out as a disaster, in which case I probably won't scan it.

Maybe you can draw some major characters from the story, like the gods and such?

I may also decide to try drawing any requests here, too, since I'm in an advanced drawing class at the moment. Not that we draw this kind of stuff (nor do I), but.. it's just a thought.

Actually, I think these sketches would be pretty cool to get going, like say we gather all the artists/drawers we've got around here and try to make a visual of DarkStorm a section at a time. For example, starting at Aderon like Darkness threw out there, we could draw the entrance gate, some knights and horses, whatever relates to Aderon so that the artists can still be 'free thinkers' of a sort, since it can suck trying to draw something you don't want to.

I'm not much of a visual drawer myself, meaning I can't just think of something and draw it from my head.. I'm much better at drawing things I can see. Maybe I can draw something else and transform it somehow. *shrug* Or I could possibly pull it off if I had enough description of what I was drawing and just revised several times after completion.

I never really did anything before because my scanner doesn't worked (..and has never worked), but I just realized I could try taking pictures with my parents camera and then put them up. I don't know what to draw for DarkStorm, though. I might try re-visualizing my character from way back when and start out by drawing a picture of Gandalf.

By the winter I'll make a lot more information available about locations, races, weapons, armor, and characters, which should help significantly with continuity.
