I understand that everyone may not feel up to recruiting at this moment, and that's fine. We haven't openly recruited in a long time, and from MSN conversations I think we're lacking a little confidence when it comes to this. It may be good to take a slightly smaller step first, but realize that open recruiting must follow if we're going to grow.

You can still recruit if you'd like, but if you feel out of it and still want to help with activity...

Let's contact our old members and invite them to return.

If you play Runescape, check through your friend list for old SeeDs. If you play Guild Wars, most of us are already in DoA, but feel free to invite anyone you know who left (perhaps the guild status is a decent place to check). If you play another game such as Counter-Strike with old members, it would be awesome if you could remind them of us. Lastly, and perhaps most awesomely, you could send PM's right here on CurvedSpace, inviting old members to return.

Many receive email notifications when they receive new PM's, so your messages can potentially reach those who are not presently active here. You can send as many as you'd like, to anyone on our member list. Just please don't send messages to anyone with fewer than ten posts, at least unless you know the person.

This is just the first step, but it could help us get started with returning activity to CurvedSpace and our guild.

It may also give everyone a taste of recruiting, which can help later on when we start actively seeking new members.

ill do an outreach, ill head to other clans and join em as "clan friend/ally", and then when a member resigns ill point em in this direction. ill also post us on all rs realted topics, and of course, ill recruit in runescape.

We Runescape players need to try to coax Luthur and 0rion onto the site. They seem to identify themselves as SeeDs, but don't come here. There's probably others.

I've seen Sped99 also, and he remembers us.

It's also possible that Pshycokill and Baskamaja10 still play, but I haven't seen them in a while.

It surprises me that SeeD could be losing activity. When I was here last, there were plenty of people online and the forums were a buzz with activity. I guess things change overtime. Though I dont know many old SeeDs, I'll do my part by coaxing my friends to join.

If we want to, we can make a comeback for sure. Being a part of a guild's road to success is often more rewarding than joining one that already reached its destination... It'll feel like your guild, not their guild.

It's always best to do it alongside friends, so hopefully we can pull together old members and real-life friends to go as far as we can. Then we can openly recruit to fill out our guild, but only as much as is needed to get us some serious momentum.

I gotta be honest...I wont be going back to Runescape...I've tried to play it again recently and I just cant stand it. I was on for like 5 minutes and had 3 people beg for things or just be plain annoying.

And also, I'm no longer on Eitrigg on WoW, so I cant really even help there . I've moved server cuz a friend irl plays there. I'll update my sig in a sec if anyone ever wants to come on & say hello

I still do come to the forums occasionally, just to see whats happenin. I'll see if I can actually make a post once in a while too, so y'all know I'm still kickin'.

Hey, I just wanted to mention that if a game you play does not allow website advertising, you can simply tell someone to use a search engine to find 'Cspacezone'. We are listed as #1 on google, yahoo, ask, and a bunch of others. This way you are not breaking rules (EG: advertising), but at the same time you are bringing people here. It is however up to them on whether or not they will look, and it also helps to separate noobs from decent players. Most noobs either wouldn't bother looking something up or wouldn't know how (then again most people know about search engines).
