Level 36 Agility
Level 36 Fishing
Level 36 Thieving
Level 37 Herblore
Must be able to defeat a level 75 foe.
Access to

* A new area, the size of the Void Knights' Outpost
* Ability to transform into a goblin
* New teleport sphere
