From now until the beginning of the Garden Festival (November 28th December 5th December 12th) (), there will be a contest in the Debate Forum. Let's see who among us is the best at debates.


To enter, you must do the following...

• Reply to this thread, specifically saying that you are entering.
• Start at least one new debate in the Debate Forum (as its own thread). You may want to start more than one, because you could have an advantage in debates where you are somewhat knowledgeable.

Then, in your own debate(s) as well as other contestants' debates, you should try to win with your own views. The more active you are in the debates, the more sense you make with your arguments, and perhaps the more persuasive you are, the better your chances would be at winning this contest.

At the end, there will be a poll for the winner in which anyone can vote. The winner will receive a medal in his/her profile, the top three will be mentioned in a news post on the homepage, and all who enter and participate will be able to claim 3000 Cinii in DarkStorm if they wish.

There's not much to this... Anyone can give it a shot.

By the way, the contest itself has started, not just the signups. I'm not sure if my first post was confusing when it came to that.

I'll start a debate of some sort in a little bit, but everyone should remember that all contestants need to each start at least one debate. That's to ensure that there will be active debates throughout the contest.

I'm not sure if there's confusion, or if many are dropping out, but everyone should remember that they need to start at least one new debate sometime during the contest in order to fully enter. This is to keep things fresh and also to give everyone stuff to debate.

It's pretty easy to get involved with this. Just start a new thread in the Debate Forum, and post in the various recent threads around there.

I'm just saying this because most who entered here haven't posted something new in the Debate Forum, and I don't want this to catch anyone by surprise by the time the voting starts.
