Internet connections have become more accessible to stupid people, as well as Apple computers are becoming more popular. Apples are labelled as "Easy to use" so people who usually wouldn't want a computer are jumping all over them. That makes my job harder because I'm dealing with moronic people of all ages, complaining that their easy computer doesn't work.
Usually they wait on hold for 30 minutes, {expletive Chuck Norris'd by Cspace} at me for 5-10, and then once I tell them to shut up and listen, I solve it in 2.
So more internet access + stupider people = pain in {expletive antidisestablishmentarianized by Cspace} for all.

I haven't really noticed an increase.
Hmm...
Thankfully, for the most part (
) CurvedSpace is devoid of idiots.

One can avoid many idiots by treading carefully while surfing the web

True.
Myspace, Apple Computers, Average age of computer users going down every year = more middle schoolers, Anonymity....you name it.

It's funny. Old people and young people seem to be at the root of the stupidity.
However, often when I talk to a minor over the phone, they are more adept than their parents. But if they aren't, they're horrible and don't understand ANYTHING no matter how I dumb it down.
Yes, I wasn't lying when I said I've had to teach people how to use their mice.
